Nearly 75% of cardiac arrests happen at home, making it more likely that the life you save will be someone you love. The American Heart Association’s Family & Friends CPR course provides hands-on training in critical lifesaving skills for people who want to be prepared — but do not need certification for work.
This classroom-based course is taught in a supportive group setting using AHA’s proven practice-while-watching method, which gives participants the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
