The Fire District maintains a five-year strategic plan. The previous plan expired in 2023, and a new plan was developed and recently put in its place. The strategic plan provides a “roadmap” for the District as it looks ahead to improve services not only needed for the current time but the future as well. The new strategic plan was developed with the assistance of consultants from the Center for Public Safety Excellence Technical Advisor Program (CPSE-TAP).
