The Bluffton Township Fire District welcomes visitors of all ages to tour our fire stations and learn more about the vital services we provide. Fire station tours are a great opportunity to:
- Meet real firefighters
- See our fire engines and equipment up close
- Learn about fire safety and emergency response
- Ask questions and hear how we serve southern Beaufort County and the greater Bluffton community.
- Inspire future firefighters!
We love hosting schools, scout troops, community groups, families, and clubs.
How to Request a Tour
- Groups of 6 or more must request a tour in advance using the form below.
- Smaller groups or individuals may stop by for a tour if crews are available—please call ahead to increase the chances we can accommodate you.
- Submit your request at least 14 days before your preferred tour date.
- Tours are subject to crew availability and may be postponed or rescheduled if an emergency occurs.
What to Expect
Station tours typically include:
- A guided walk-through of the station
- A hands-on look at our trucks and tools
- Time for questions and group photos
- Fire safety tips tailored for kids and adults alike
Please note: Stations remain in service during tours. In the event of an emergency, the crew may need to respond immediately and the tour could be interrupted.
