Disclaimer: The intended purpose of this form is to request attendance or participation of the Bluffton Township Fire District for public events such as school events, neighborhood events, parades, etc. Please note, BTFD is unable to participate in birthday parties, endorse/promote products/services, businesses, political parties, etc. Submission of this form does not guarantee or obligate participation by the BTFD for any requested event, nor does it grant permission for use of the BTFD name, logo, or pictures of personnel or fire apparatus in any advertisement or association with a requested event. To allow proper evaluation, requests must be submitted and received a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.
